ANSWER THIS QUESTION. WHY ARE THEY PUSHING THE AKAKA BILL?
Because written sneakily INTO the Akaka Bill is a final attempt to OVERTHROW the Kingdom of Hawaii. Haven't you wondered WHY they are pushing so hard? If you think that OHA is a Hawaiian organization...think again. It is made to LOOK LIKE it is, but ever since the Rice vs. Cayetano case, OHA has represented ALL hawaii's residents...not just hawaiians. OHA is a State Agency, so why wouldn't they push the State's agenda? Which is really the Federal agenda of the US.

NOTICE OF CONFERENCE CALL
(Conference Call to Discuss Matters Relating to Convening Oral Argument)
On Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 1:00 PM, ET, this Board will hold a conference call
regarding hearing requests received in this proceeding, which involves the application of the
U.S. Army Installation Command for a Source Material License to possess depleted uranium at
two sites in Hawaii. The purpose of the call is to discuss matters relating to convening oral
argument on standing and contention admissibility issues either by videoconference or in Hawaii
in early January. The call is expected to last about 60 minutes.
On or before 5:00 PM on December 4, 2009, participants1 should email the Board’s law
clerk, Katie Tucker at katie.tucker@nrc.gov, to obtain the telephone number and pass code for
the December 8, 2009 teleconference. The Board asks that all participants call into the
teleconference a few minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin so that it commences
promptly.
1 The participants in this conference call will be Cory Harden, Jim Albertini, Isaac Harp, Luwella
Leonardi, Barbara Moore, the U.S. Army, and the NRC Staff. Members of the public who wish
to listen to this conference call may do so, and should contact Ms. Tucker at the above email
address for the requisite information.

Nice to hear from you. Yeah, that's Michele DeVera Pimentel. I don't use any of the websites like Facebook, etc., either. What are you up to these days? I know you are a very talented artist. Do you have your own business? I am now a housewife. My husband (2nd) works and said I don't have to work. He feels I do so much just taking care of our home and all that goes with that. He said he knows your brother Robbie. My husband is usually known by his nickname "Kappy". We live in Haiku, Maui. I keep busy doing many things I love, like sewing, quilting, drawing, designing.
