That is why a group of us started a petition. Go to "groups" and type in
Kai 'Ula and our site will come up. We are opposed to the akaka bill, the deceitful Kau Inoa registration and OUR money spent on taking down that hewa road, the sale and/or transfer of ceded lands (we never ceded our lands), and have seen what America has done to the indigenous/first people of north america...and don't want to go down that path. Since our first treaty with other world nations...we have been an intact and independent kingdom state...to this day.
